La Nueva Terapia®
At La Nueva Terapia, we understand that physical illnesses don’t begin on their own—they first manifest as imbalances in our energetic body. These imbalances are caused by physical trauma, emotional trauma, poor nutrition, inherited patterns, karmic memories, and more. Over time, they lead to biochemical changes that eventually alter our cells, resulting in illness in the physical body.
This process can take years. That’s why any illness may have its origin in a disruption of the energetic–spiritual body. Unexplained pain, low moods without reason, or even chronic illnesses with no known cause can stem from this imbalance.
The sooner we become aware that we are also an energetic body, the sooner we can balance both aspects—physical and energetic—and enjoy better overall health.

What Does the Training Involve?
The La Nueva Terapia LNT® training is a four-day intensive course led by Romain and Philippe Schwiderski, the creator and founder of La Nueva Terapia®, a method developed over more than 30 years. You will learn how to use energy and this connection to heal yourself and others on a physical, energetic, emotional, and spiritual level, and to become a certified LNT® therapist.
Who Can Train with La Nueva Terapia LNT®?
This technique is open to everyone, regardless of age. The earlier we become aware of who we truly are and develop strong energetic health, the better our lives will be. That’s why you don’t need to wait until you’re sick or in pain to start caring for your energetic well-being.
How Does the La Nueva Terapia LNT® Training Work?
The training consists of four consecutive days and includes both theoretical and practical components. You’ll learn about La Nueva Terapia and the principles of physical, energetic, emotional, quantum, and spiritual healing.
The course is highly practical: each student will practice in groups of three, guided by a certified LNT® therapist and supervised by Romain Schwiderski.
Day 1
Awakening
of Energy
The Awakening of Energy allows you to personally experience a practical connection with the Source. In this course, students are the central focus, and they are introduced to the essential and foundational elements of the LNT® technique. Philippe and Romain Schwiderski will awaken your energy so you can become aware that you are much more than just a physical body, helping you balance your energy and begin to heal yourself.
The “Awakening of Energy” Workshop is essential for connecting to the Source and continuing with the LNT® Therapy Training.

First Axis
of Healing in
La Nueva Terapia LNT®
Experience firsthand the First Axis of Healing©: Patient → Therapist → Source, in a practical and immersive way. Students take center stage as they begin to apply this first axis, which is the least energetic (yet foundational) component of the LNT® Therapy.
Objectives
- Experience the first contact with energy to initiate the dialogue between the energetic body and the physical body.
- Gain an understanding of the LNT® method and its origins.
- Observe the LNT® technique in real-time.
- Learn the fundamentals of self-healing.

of Healing in
La Nueva Terapia LNT®
This day allows you to personally experience the more energetic healing axes of La Nueva Terapia in a hands-on way. Students are once again the main focus and will continue to deepen their knowledge, applying it to the healing process as they progress toward becoming LNT® Therapists.

La Nueva Terapia LNT®
This is the most quantum-oriented axis of healing within the LNT® method. In this practice, the therapist connects directly to the Source and requests healing for the patient. It represents the zero point + a quantum intention for healing.
